Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise and deliver high-quality clinical care that addresses the unique needs of your caseload, ensuring each patient receives focused therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct individualized or group therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on assessment findings and patient feedback to foster a safe environment for healing.

• Accurately assess the psychological needs of patients and families, collaborating effectively to develop and execute tailored treatment plans aimed at positive outcomes.

• Maintain up-to-date and precise documentation of each patient’s treatment logs, progress summaries, and revisions to their care strategies as needed.

• Administer comprehensive mental health evaluations that become integral to the ongoing care framework, ensuring that each patient’s evolution is monitored and documented.

• Create and lead educational and supportive programs for patients and their families to provide additional resources and community connection.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will administer to a diverse array of patients ranging from those with mild to severe psychological disorders. This inclusive approach means fostering partnerships with individuals facing various life challenges, which may require interdisciplinary collaboration and thorough consultation with other healthcare providers.

Qualifications\n

• Applicants must possess a Master's Degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.

• An active license is required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD) to practice in the state of Texas.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health care setting, demonstrating proficiency in individual and group therapy practices.

• Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $135,000 annually for full-time employees, commensurate with experience and licensure.

• Flexible scheduling options from 5 to 40 hours per week, allowing for a work-life balance that suits your needs.

• Sign-on bonus up to $1,500, with potential for additional bonuses of up to $2,000 based on licensure.
