Grace House Ministries has been transforming the lives of girls in foster care since 1992—providing stable, Christ-centered homes and equipping young women to become Cycle Breakers, Change Makers, and Heritage Builders . After a successful $5M capital campaign and continued expansion (including new Transitional Homes and the upcoming Mission Center), the organization is poised for its next season of impact—and looking for a Director of Development to help lead the charge.

What you’ll own:

• Lead and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy (major gifts, grants, events)
• Cultivate and steward meaningful donor relationships across individuals, corporations, and foundations
• Drive campaigns and events that expand visibility and deepen engagement
• Oversee marketing and communications to ensure clear, compelling storytelling
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3
• Partner on long-term sustainability and future capital initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of fundraising experience (major gifts, grants, events)
• Proven ability to build and grow donor relationships
• Strong leadership experience—both staff and volunteers
• Excellent communicator and storyteller
• Tech-savvy with donor databases/CRM tools
• CFRE is a plus
• Personally aligned with the mission and actively engaged in a local church
