Occupational Therapist Pediatric Outpatient

Nealy Pierce, LLC is partnering with a not-for-profit pediatric outpatient clinic to recruit an Occupational Therapist dedicated to improving function and quality of life for children and their families. In this on-site role, you will evaluate and treat a diverse pediatric caseload with developmental, sensory, and physical challenges, designing evidence-based, individualized treatment plans. You’ll collaborate closely with families, therapists, and medical providers, provide caregiver education and home programs, and document care to regulatory and payer standards. You’ll also support program development, quality initiatives, and referral relationships while benefiting from a mission-driven, collaborative culture focused on high-quality patient care and long-term impact.
