Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately gauge clients’ mental health conditions, substance use histories, and support needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that not only focus on addressing substance abuse but also integrate therapeutic strategies for co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI), to encourage engagement and progress.

• Work closely with other team members, including psychologists, case managers, and health professionals, to provide comprehensive care ensuring all aspects of a client’s health are considered.

Qualifications\n
