Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Helpful Hands Behavioral Health Services, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and challenges, utilizing standardized assessment tools and diagnostic interviews.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review individualized treatment plans based on client goals, treatment preferences, and evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities that best fit the needs of clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, referring clients to additional services when appropriate to ensure comprehensive care.

Your work will encompass a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
