Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions, with a focus on systemic approaches that consider both relational dynamics and individual experiences.

• Assessing clients' needs thorough evaluations and developing tailored treatment plans addressing a spectrum of issues, including but not limited to alcoholism, abuse, family conflicts, grief, and adjustment challenges.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate communication and understanding among family members, working towards resolving long-standing conflicts and fostering healthier relationships.
\n
• Documenting client progress in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies, maintaining accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with diverse client populations, including adults and adolescents. You will specialize in providing therapy for couples and families facing challenges such as:

• Adjustments related to separation, divorce, and blended family dynamics

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of relevant clinical experience, ideally within a community health clinic or similar environment. Experience in teletherapy will be beneficial as we often utilize virtual platforms alongside in-person sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to generous compensation, our benefits package includes:
