Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs, preferences, and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to assist clients in managing their conditions.

• Monitor and track client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
