Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on family dynamics and relational improvement.

• Developing tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of client needs and challenges.
\n
• Utilizing therapeutic techniques to address issues such as alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, and job-related stress.

• Facilitating communication among family members to resolve conflicts and improve understanding.
\n
• Implementing strategies to aid families in transitioning through significant life changes, such as divorce, blended family situations, and adjustment to medical issues.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on supporting adults, children, and adolescents who are facing a wide range of psychological challenges. You will help families navigate relational conflicts and promote mental wellness, utilizing a family-centered approach that seeks to improve communication and understanding within family structures.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and active LMFT license in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

We value both newly licensed professionals and those with more extensive experience. Candidates should be comfortable engaging with a diverse clientele and demonstrate flexible availability, with a commitment of 30 hours or more per week to meet the needs of our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
