Accounting ManagerOur client is looking for an Accounting Manager to help their team!Why This Opportunity Stands Out:Immediate business continuity role during post-acquisition integrationDirect access to executive decision-makers and control over outcomesStructured onboarding and clear deliverables critical to business operationsHigh trust assignment: manage close process and ensure seamless handoverKey Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:Manage month-end close, cash reconciliation, and deliver timely/accurate financials for the siteDocument procedures and drive knowledge transfer to internal team for a seamless leadership transitionSupport ad hoc financial reporting and inquiries for sales, customer service, and managementReconcile inventory and sales figures across entities to ensure data integrityMaintain operational finance excellence with a strong focus on details and process visibilityMust-Have Skills/Experience:5+ years of accounting experience in distribution/manufacturing or similar environmentsAdvanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP); ERP system experience (DDI, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks)Strong ability to document procedures and communicate clearly in a small team environmentSalary: $95,000- $120,000
