You will enjoy a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed based on patient requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Tranquil Talk Therapy, you will focus primarily on children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes working with clients suffering from anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and behavioral problems, where your insights and interventions can significantly impact their development and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Illinois.
\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health issues, treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and family therapy to young clients.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate, child-centered approach.

• Proven ability to build rapport and trust with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications relevant to practice management.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
