Revenue Integrity Analyst

Revenue Support AnalystKavaliro is seeking a Revenue Support Analyst who plays a key role in supporting revenue operations and credit-related activities. This position is responsible for analyzing and maintaining revenue data, assisting with credit evaluations, preparing financial reporting, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition. The analyst partners with cross-functional teams to improve processes, maintain data integrity, and support the achievement of financial goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the application of corporate credit policies under the guidance of the Credit Revenue Support ManagerCreate and maintain accurate customer records within the Customer Master systemEstablish and manage tax-exempt customer accounts, ensuring all required documentation is current and compliantUpdate customer information, including contact details, tax status, and other relevant dataServe as a point of contact for inquiries from field teams, sales staff, and customersReview and process credit limit adjustment requests, including accessing and evaluating credit reportsManage incoming credit applications through Outlook, ensuring completeness and proper documentationProcess and document cash applications, verifying correct tax treatment and maintaining records in IntellichiefHandle job account setup requests and related administrative tasksPerform additional duties as needed to support the team and business operationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED required)Prior experience in credit, collections, or a related field is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsCore Skills & CompetenciesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiativeStrong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlinesAdaptability and willingness to continuously learn and stay current in the fieldAbility to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholdersSound judgment and basic negotiation skillsKavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
