This role directs distribution design, line operations, and construction contractor performance to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of electric service. Departmental supervision is exercised over assigned personnel. Work is performed under the direction of the VP of Engineering/COO. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor 's degree in Engineering, or related field;Eight (8) years of progressively responsible engineering or operations leadership experience; Or equivalent combination of education and experience that allows the incumbent to successfully perform the essential job functions.Washington State Professional Engineer (PE) license or have previously been a Journeyman Lineman as recognized by the IBEW.Special Requirements:Maintain a valid driver's license.Compensation and Benefits:401(k) plan with employer match of 14% with 7% employee contribution20 hours of PTO per month, 0-4 years of service2 floating holidays (10 hours each) annually9 paid holidays (10 hours each) annually4-10 work schedule, with every Friday offHighly competitive, best in class, excellent comprehensive benefits package options including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, and STD.
