TheraSense Movement Rehab & Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Anaheim, California. Work Environment

Our facility operates onsite during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will work in a collaborative team setting alongside two other physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), all dedicated to excellence in patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs to identify individual goals for rehabilitation.
• Manage a patient caseload with a focus on providing one-on-one care, ensuring dedicated attention to each individual.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop comprehensive care plans and treatment protocols tailored to patient requirements.
• Implement cost-effective therapeutic interventions that improve clients' range of motion, strength, and overall mobility.
• Educate patients on alternative pain relief strategies to reduce reliance on medications and potential surgeries.
• Design individualized fitness and wellness programs promoting lifestyle changes conducive to long-term health.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, utilizing effective communication to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment services accurately to maintain comprehensive medical records.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for patients.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation, fostering a supportive and positive environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our orthopedic outpatient setting, you will encounter a diverse array of patients, primarily adults recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic conditions affecting mobility. Our focus on individualized care allows us to address each patient's unique needs, providing personalized treatment strategies that prioritize their health and functional goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent educational qualification.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A proven track record of professional conduct, with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in implementing manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient practice setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing evidence-based treatment plans and conducting rehabilitation assessments.
• Familiarity with utilizing various therapeutic modalities and physical therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This physical therapist position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year.
