About the Role We're looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating and qualifying leads through a high volume of outreach activities. You'll play a critical role in building our sales pipeline by engaging with prospects through both inbound and outbound channels and setting qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This is a great opportunity to break into SaaS sales, develop your skills, and grow within a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Responsibilities: Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and potential based on defined criteria. High-Volume Outreach: Conduct cold calls and send emails to prospective customers across various industries and company sizes. Prospecting: Conduct research on target accounts, personalize outreach, and develop creative strategies to connect with key decision-makers. Pipeline Building: Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline for Account Executives. CRM Management: Accurately track and update all prospect interactions and lead data in Salesforce (SFDC) to ensure data integrity and sales visibility. Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align on campaign strategies, messaging, and lead handoff processes. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales best practices to continually improve outreach effectiveness. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a sales role (SDR/BDR experience in SaaS is a plus) Comfortable with high call volume and fast-paced work environments Strong verbal and written communication skills A self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and think on your feet Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs Benefits Salary: $65,000+ on a base plus uncapped commission
