Empire Physical Therapist is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Jacksonville, Florida. Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist in our facility, you will find a collaborative and dynamic work environment that fosters growth and innovation. Our facility operates from Monday to Friday, with a standard work schedule of 9 am to 5 pm. You will engage directly with patients in an outpatient setting, allowing for substantial interaction and personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care to patients based on their individual rehabilitation goals, ensuring effective engagement and progress.
• Manage a reasonable caseload that allows for ample time to assess and reevaluate each patient's needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and develop comprehensive care plans that may include exercise programs, modalities, and patient education.
• Utilize cost-effective treatment options, emphasizing non-surgical interventions and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Document patients' progress diligently using electronic medical records (EMR) via software like WebPT, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping them overcome barriers and celebrating their achievements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic treatment that addresses all aspects of a patient's well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse clientele includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. As part of our team, you will work closely with patients of various ages and backgrounds, customizing care to accommodate their specific challenges and goals.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Hold an active and current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exhibit proficiency in a variety of manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities.
• Showcase effective communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with patients.
• Be knowledgeable of and adhere to the latest physical therapy techniques and research findings.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, preferably within a rehabilitation center.
• Experience with using EMR software for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
