Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, encompassing detailed history reviews, physical assessments, and the formulation of personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Engage patients and their families in conversations about evaluation findings, treatment options, and shared goal-setting to enhance adherence and motivation.
• Implement tailored therapy protocols that reflect each patient's unique presentation, adjusting techniques in response to progress and feedback.
• Consult with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure cohesive patient care; promptly document any changes in patient conditions that may necessitate plan modifications.
• Facilitate effective discharge planning and aftercare, ensuring smooth transitions post-treatment while maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress.
• Manage time effectively to meet departmental productivity benchmarks while maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
