Business Development Representative

RPG Squarefoot Solutions is hiring a high-performing Business Development Representativ e to drive revenue growth in the Baltimore/MD markett. We’re looking for a self-starter with B2B sales experienc e and a proven track record of winning new business—especially in construction tech, equipment, or industrial solutions. If you live for the thrill of the chase, can sell value with confidence, and love helping clients find the right tools to do their best work—this is your next big move. What You’ll Do: Identify and prospect new leads through cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and social media Deliver tailored presentations that clearly communicate ROI and client-specific value Track and manage deals through every stage using our CRM system Build strong, ongoing relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and facility owners Consistentl y hit and exceed your sales targe ts—no cap on your commission potential Provide post-sale training and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Stay current on industry trends, tech updates, and competitive offerings Represent RPG at customer sites, industry events, and demos throughout the territory 2-5 years of proven success in B2B outside sales (preferably selling capital equipment and solutions) Strong background in construction, equipment, or technology sales a plus A true hunter mentality —you’re proactive, persistent, and results-focused Polished communication and negotiation skills Experience managing a pipeline through CRM tools Self-driven with a high sense of ownership and accountability Willingness to travel within territory for in-person meetings and demos Tech-savvy and comfortable with presenting digital tools and solutions What You’ll Get: Competit ive base salary + uncapped commission (OTE 110K) Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company contributions Paid time off, sick leave, and floating holidays Company-provided laptop and phone A dynamic and growing company where you can make a real impact About RPG Squarefoot Solutions RPG is a woman-owned, 30+ year-old l eader in Construction Technology solutions, serving architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and owners across the U.S. We empower AEC professionals with tools and services that help them build smarter, communicate better, and work more efficiently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
