Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, which may include pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Use evidence-based screening tools to accurately evaluate client needs and guide treatment decisions.

• Maintain up-to-date and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans and other strategic initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes.

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our clinic meets the highest standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and relevant service systems to facilitate seamless access to care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through attendance at conferences, workshops, and task forces within your area of expertise.

• Promote and embody the mission and values of Active Life Psychiatric Center through every interaction with patients and colleagues.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team objectives and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adults who may be experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and conditions stemming from developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your efforts will not only have a significant impact on their immediate mental health needs but also empower them to pursue long-term stability and independence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• A valid LMHC license issued by the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate clinical records and prepare relevant documentation.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.

• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.

• Sound judgment and the capacity to make informed, independent decisions based on clinical expertise.

Compensation and Benefits\n
