The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and experience counseling and representing policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation including arbitrations is preferred but not required.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentialsAdmission to the state bar and in good standing or ability to become admitted promptlyMinimum of 3-6 years of experienceAnalyze and interpret complex insurance policies, endorsements, exclusions, and coverage frameworksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines effectivelyStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentHigh degree of professionalism, initiative, and attention to detailCandidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
