We're looking for a highly organized Front Order Desk Administrator to join our Las Vegas team. From assisting customers to scheduling installations and entering orders accurately, you'll help ensure every flooring job is set up for success.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the team to ensure each job is completed efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system while providing exceptional customer service.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule flooring installation appointments based on customer and production needs.
• Accurately enter customer orders, including correct unit types, flooring materials, quantities, and installation details.
• Review work orders for completeness and accuracy before processing to minimize scheduling and installation errors.
• Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, installers, and warehouse personnel regarding job schedules.
• Communicate scheduling changes promptly and professionally to customers and internal teams.
• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with administrative projects and provide general office support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience
• Flooring industry experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, professional, and positive attitude

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
• Work Location: In person
