Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers on treatment plans and engage with fellow therapists in a collaborative community aimed at sharing resources and strategies.

• Conduct weekly telehealth sessions, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to adults coping with a variety of emotional and psychological disorders.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments to monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Receive ongoing support and supervision from our Therapy Leadership Team, who are invested in your professional development and success.

• Formulate mental health diagnoses adhering to DSM V standards and develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect best practices and individual needs.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification techniques, and brief therapy tailored to patient requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An active, independent license in mental health counseling (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) valid in the state of residence. Multi-state licensure is highly desirable.
