Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a wide range of crisis intervention skills during incoming and outgoing telephone calls to support clients through immediate challenges.

• Navigate specialized software applications to document therapeutic sessions accurately and maintain detailed client files, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

• Assess and determine appropriate levels of care for clients, considering individual needs and preferences.
\n
• Conduct follow-up interviews with clients, addressing ongoing mental health concerns and monitoring progress toward treatment goals.

• Collaborate with the Readjustment Counseling Service Crisis Hotline Program team, connecting veterans and their families with pertinent services and support systems.
\n
• Guide clients and their support networks in managing mental health issues, including facilitating referrals, navigation of benefits, and connecting them to support groups.
\n
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, including effective communication and addressing inquiries related to our services.
\n
• Employ assessment techniques to evaluate the risk of self-harm or harm to others effectively.
\n
• Provide consistent and clear information about organizational policies while managing conflicts in a constructive manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will primarily support adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family dynamics, and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in California, approved by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
