Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to better understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Maryland state regulations and practice guidelines, ensuring compliance and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse caseload that encompasses a wide array of issues affecting individuals, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Active LCMFT license in the state of Maryland is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and client caseload.
