Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to enhance the mental well-being of clients of varying backgrounds and needs.

• Foster a safe environment for clients to express their emotions and experiences, aiding in the development of self-insight and relationship understanding.

• Function as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining personal goals and navigating the path toward achieving them.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health status, formulate, and execute treatment plans grounded in a solution-focused approach utilizing your clinical experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve low-acuity clients who are prescreened and stable. This emphasis on working with manageable cases allows therapists to make substantial progress with clients while offering a supportive environment conducive to personal and emotional growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license from the state board, specifically one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to relate effectively with clients, demonstrating patience and empathy.

• Strong computer literacy skills to efficiently use our therapist portal and manage client interactions.
