The role offers a flexible, remote working environment while facilitating therapy through our outpatient office setting as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate suicide risk with clinical precision, ensuring all documentation is thorough and compliant with ethical standards.

• Provide crisis intervention and psychotherapy to clients, adapting approaches to challenging environments and different client needs.

• Collaborate with medical and support staff to develop comprehensive treatment plans for psychiatric disorders, ensuring integrated care for all clients.

• Write detailed clinical reports, formulate individualized treatment plans, and engage in case consultations for complex patient cases.

• Document all aspects of patient care accurately within our electronic medical records system, monitoring client progress and adhering to legal and ethical obligations.

• Communicate effectively with care teams and clients to enhance treatment outcomes and foster supportive relationships.

• Deliver on-call crisis services during workdays, ensuring clients receive timely support when most needed.
\n
• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including assessments of criminal and substance abuse history, to inform treatment decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on serving mothers and families facing mental health challenges, as well as individuals from underrepresented communities. You will engage with a diverse range of clients, understanding their unique socioeconomic and cultural contexts, and tailoring interventions that promote healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field such as clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program.

• An independent license to practice in Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large caseload while interfacing with multiple providers and support staff.

• Proficient use of electronic medical record systems and essential office software.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective client interactions and team collaborations.

• A valid driver’s license and willingness to commute for occasional on-site visits as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
