Serenity Pain Solutions is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for an Experienced Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This role is critical in managing the health of our patients with cardiovascular conditions, working in a synergistic environment that includes diagnostic and interventional specialists in cardiology.

Work Environment

As a Nurse Practitioner within our organization, you will work onsite, primarily conducting house calls to deliver comprehensive patient care in the comfort of their homes. This unique setting allows for a personalized approach to treatment, enabling you to build rapport and trust with patients while addressing their healthcare needs. Your schedule will encompass Monday through Friday with a standard 40-hour work week, including occasional Saturday coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to manage both physical and psychological aspects of patients’ conditions, particularly those related to cardiovascular health.
• Identify, document, and interpret normal and abnormal findings to facilitate accurate diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, making necessary adjustments based on ongoing patient evaluations.
• Monitor patients' responses to medications and therapies, providing education and support to ensure adherence to treatment regimens.
• Prescribe immunizations and other medications according to established guidelines and patient needs.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.
• Maintain comprehensive and precise medical records for each patient encounter, ensuring adherence to compliance and documentation standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on adult patients suffering from cardiovascular diseases, including congestive heart failure, hypertension, coronary artery disease, and other related conditions. Your expertise will directly influence their quality of life, recovery, and long-term health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Nursing, specifically from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License issued by the State of New York.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to engage effectively with diverse patient populations.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of experience working in a cardiology setting is preferred, where you have honed your skills in advanced cardiovascular assessment and management.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 150,000 to USD 160,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
