This full-time position focuses on providing high-quality healthcare in a dynamic concierge medicine environment through house calls. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with cardiologists to ensure each patient receives personalized and comprehensive follow-up care. Starting with an initial training period of three months, you will work an 8-hour shift over five days before transitioning to a 10-hour shift across four days. Work Environment

The position is primarily onsite, allowing for direct interaction with patients in various community settings around Cohoes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and medical histories, assessing patients’ cardiovascular health.
• Interpret diagnostic tests such as ECGs and echocardiograms, making informed recommendations for treatment.
• Prescribe medications and other therapeutic interventions suited to individual patient needs, emphasizing both pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches.
• Document patient encounters meticulously, ensuring accurate records of all assessments, treatments, and progress notes are maintained.
• Facilitate continuous health monitoring through regular follow-ups, adherence to care protocols established in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring clarity in communication regarding care plans and health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary package ranging from USD 150,000 to 160,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
