Work Environment

The Nurse Practitioner role is onsite, allowing for hands-on patient care in familiar environments, either at our designated facilities or directly in patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary and providing education on lifestyle modifications and medication management.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active and unrestricted state Nursing license in New York.

Compensation and Benefits
