Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and collaboratively create tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Document all clinical sessions meticulously, ensuring compliance with company policy through detailed case notes and treatment plan reviews.

• Maintain a client caseload of 25-30 visits per week, managing the diverse needs of clients while providing high-quality therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic techniques to foster personal growth and achievement of client goals.

• Collaborate with case managers, family members, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Engage meaningfully with clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout their therapeutic journey.

Our therapists work with a broad range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, many of whom are navigating mental health challenges related to trauma, emotional disturbances, or situational stressors. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
