Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients’ needs and developing targeted, client-centered treatment plans.

• Administering individual, couples, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, peer specialists, and other members of the treatment team to ensure integrated, holistic care for your clients.

• Guiding clients through complex life transitions and addressing systemic stressors that may inhibit their mental health and well-being.

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment plans through our streamlined Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Participating in peer consultation groups, continuing education opportunities, and clinical trainings to enhance your professional practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients who may be struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relational problems, and chronic stress. The ideal candidate will possess:
