Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments, comprehensive evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage actively in multidisciplinary collaboration with a diverse team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems for efficient documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on addressing challenges faced by individuals seeking emotional support, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties. You will use a person-centered approach, adapting your therapeutic techniques to meet the cultural and individual needs of a diverse client base.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of New Jersey is necessary.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, ideally in a clinical or therapeutic environment.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations related to counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
