Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on detailed evaluations of clients' mental health status.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies in individual and group settings, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic techniques as necessary to meet evolving needs and goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, utilizing input from peers to enhance treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment outcomes, adhering to organizational policies and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
