Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs to create individualized therapy approaches that help them meet their functional objectives

• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate consistently with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care

• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the right path

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement for continuing education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
