Work Environment\n

As a Clinical Social Worker, you will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team that includes healthcare professionals, nurses, and caregivers. Core working hours are set from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend shifts as needed to accommodate client requirements.

• Develop personalized, actionable care plans for clients, emphasizing their specific goals and preferences for support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
