Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, providing tailored short-term psychotherapy and conducting group therapy sessions for a diverse population facing terminal illnesses.

• Offer expert consultation for counseling needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to guide treatment plans.

• Plan and execute community outreach activities to raise awareness about our services and foster connections within the community.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including assessing immediate risks and developing safety plans in high-stress situations.

• Formulate and implement holistic treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring they align with the legal and ethical guidelines of the profession.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress and modify interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring communication is maintained across all levels of care and support.

• Address suicidal ideation concerns judiciously, making appropriate referrals for hospitalization when indicated, and assessing the severity of presenting issues.

• Conduct responsibilities both in-person and remotely as the situation requires, seamlessly moving between virtual and face-to-face client interactions.

This position primarily involves working with clients in the hospice setting, where you will engage with individuals and families facing profound emotional and psychological transitions. Your expertise in managing treatment with diverse adolescent and adult populations will be vital in creating supportive therapy environments. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) with current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentials. We are open to considering fully licensed candidates with LMHC credentials as well.

• A minimum of three years of post-master's clinical experience in case management, demonstrating a solid foundation in social work practices.

• Proven experience working with diverse adolescent and adult populations, particularly in managing treatment for mental health and end-of-life issues.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
