Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services, including psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather relevant social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.

• Evaluate and address mental health issues, ensuring treatment remains within the scope of practice.

• Develop and coordinate personalized programs and activities aligned with clients' emotional and social needs.
\n
• Handle a variety of cases involving cognitive and affective disorders, providing crisis intervention and referring patients to appropriate community resources when necessary.

• Foster and maintain trusting relationships with clients characterized by mutual respect and acceptance.

• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment and adapt strategies as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans meticulously in compliance with established protocols.

• Manage a caseload that meets the organization's standards, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

• Engage in individual clinical counseling sessions to support clients' mental health journeys.

• Be open to performing additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications\n
