Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator

Solime Royal Hair

Solime Royal Hair is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support the Founder & CEO and help manage the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of a growing business. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, managing multiple priorities, and supporting a mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted administrative partner while helping coordinate projects, recruiting activities, business operations, and company initiatives. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling Coordinate meetings and follow-up communications Monitor and organize email communications Draft professional correspondence and meeting requests Maintain task lists, reminders, and deadline trackers Assist with travel arrangements and logistics when needed Operations & Administrative Support Maintain contract, vendor, and project tracking systems Coordinate recruiting activities and interview scheduling Assist with onboarding and employee documentation Maintain digital filing systems and business records Support special projects and company initiatives Research vendors, service providers, and business resources Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information Experience in executive support, administration, operations, project coordination, human resources, customer service, or related fields preferred Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
