We’re partnering with a highly respected insurance organization seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager – Employee Benefits to support a growing book of business across Florida. This is a client-facing leadership role focused on delivering exceptional service, managing renewals, leading account coordination activities, and supporting employee benefits strategy for clients.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has experience supporting both fully insured and self-funded employee benefits programs.
Location: Remote / Hybrid | Florida-Based | Tampa PreferredSalary: $95,000 - $115,000

Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain a book of employee benefits business while delivering high-level client service and support
- Lead the renewal process, including client meetings, carrier coordination, data review, and open enrollment presentations
- Conduct bilingual open enrollment meetings in English and Spanish and translate employee benefits materials as needed
- Oversee daily account management activities, support team coordination, and ensure accuracy and compliance across client accounts
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, improve service delivery, and support overall business growth
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Required active licensing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- High accuracy in handling large work volumes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to travel throughout Florida
