Job Title

Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Location

Richmond, VA | IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a liver transplant/care IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit
• Document patient information and clinical data using Epic electronic health records
• Float within scope of practice to other units as needed
• Complete all required facility orientation modules within the designated orientation week timeframe
• Adhere to facility policies including natural nail policy and all compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license or compact state license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Epic charting experience required
• 2 professional references required
• Must comply with facility background check review policy
• Travelers and permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least one year before returning as a traveler
• No radius rules — local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same base rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN preferred
• Experience in liver transplant or high-acuity stepdown/PCU nursing
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance and documentation requirements
