Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through telehealth platforms to accurately diagnose and identify client needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other modalities as appropriate.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and group therapy sessions, ensuring each intervention is tailored to the unique context of the client and their goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and stabilization support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and therapeutic outcomes following all relevant ethical and legal guidelines.

• Engage in collaborative care with an interdisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care doctors, enhancing overall treatment effectiveness for each client.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, strategies for coping, and relevant community resources, advocating for their needs wherever necessary.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to ensure clinical practices adhere to the latest research and guidelines in mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Matters Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
