Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their unique mental health needs and conditions through structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the goals and preferences of clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide focused one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing telehealth technologies to facilitate remote therapy sessions.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster community support among clients addressing common issues, such as anxiety, depression, and relational challenges.

• Document all client interactions consistently and accurately in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care and multifaceted support to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid state-issued license to practice as a mental health counselor in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) retirement savings plan, generous paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays.
