Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing our counselors the flexibility to manage their work-life balance while providing essential services to clients via telehealth platforms. Our typical operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients’ needs, identifying their strengths, challenges, and personal goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's unique circumstances, utilizing evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions, creating a sense of community among clients and helping them navigate their mental health challenges.
\n
• Work in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care, prioritizing communication and shared knowledge.

• Provide crisis intervention services, responding effectively to mental health emergencies, and supporting clients through difficult times.
\n
• Assist patients in understanding their mental health conditions, outlining treatment options, and connecting them with community resources to support ongoing recovery.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards to ensure confidentiality.

• Engage in regular case consultations and attend team meetings to promote shared learning and collective success.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy to enhance the effectiveness of treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy to a broad range of clients.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.

• Ability to navigate ethical guidelines and maintain professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
