Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the emotional and mental health needs of patients, documenting findings in electronic health records (EHR).

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
