The Heal Life Mental Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Create personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and specific target interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Engage with the treatment team to design and implement client-focused programs, aiming at enhancing mental health and well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans for clients in acute distress.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards to maintain accuracy and compliance.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and peer support groups to bolster community and support among clients.

The primary clients served by Heal Life Mental Health Clinic include individuals facing a spectrum of mental health complications, with particular focus on those in hospice care settings. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
