Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that analyze clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources available to them.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to promote healing and client empowerment.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans with defined goals, ensuring that each client's therapeutic journey remains focused and effective.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care, enhancing treatment outcomes.

• Engage with the treatment team to create and adjust client-centered treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and feedback.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as needed, demonstrating your responsiveness to acute client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with ethical standards and clinical protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, addressing the mental health needs of children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.

• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
