Job Responsibilities

• Customized Treatment Planning: Assess patients' needs and craft tailored therapy plans to support them in meeting their functional targets
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' mobility, cognitive skills, and daily tasks
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner with OTs, PTs, SLPs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to ensure ongoing progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment approaches as necessary to keep patients on track

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program
• Support for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT certification necessary
