Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that detail clients' histories, strengths, and areas of need, using structured interviews and diagnostic tools.

• Design and implement individualized therapeutic plans that address specific mental health challenges, focusing on measurable short- and long-term goals.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy.

• Regularly monitor and adjust therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and progress, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to changing needs.

• Utilize secure teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual sessions and reach clients who may have transportation barriers or prefer online interactions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and adjustments made to therapy plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and collaborative learning opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, who present a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Our patients reflect various cultural backgrounds, and the ability to provide culturally sensitive therapy is crucial. You will play an essential role in helping clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State is mandatory; candidates licensed in other states with eligibility for Washington licensure will also be considered.

• Demonstrated experience in working with culturally diverse populations and a genuine commitment to understanding the unique challenges faced by individuals from different backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
