Thatch is hiring a General Agency Partnerships Lead to own the GA channel's operational success. You will build trusted GA relationships, manage cross-functional initiatives, and ensure partners have an exceptional experience with Thatch. You’ll develop scalable SOPs for onboarding, referral tracking, and commissions, coordinating with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations to scale the GA program.
