Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using advanced telehealth platforms.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ relational dynamics, personal histories, and specific mental health concerns, and create tailored treatment plans with achievable goals.

• Implement family systems therapy techniques to address communication barriers, relational dynamics, and family stressors, utilizing a strengths-based approach.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring client safety and emotional support during emergencies.
\n
• Maintain meticulous electronic records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Educate clients on enhancing communication skills, developing conflict resolution techniques, and utilizing coping strategies to foster healthier relationships.

• Collaborate with a diverse virtual team of mental health professionals to create a holistic support network for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families who are facing various challenges, ranging from relationship conflicts and communication difficulties to mental health issues and family crises. Your expertise will directly contribute to their emotional healing and relational growth.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon or the relevant jurisdiction where you will practice.

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; however, a master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.

• At least two years of experience in providing therapy in a clinical setting.
\n
• Strong competency in remote therapy delivery is advantageous.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in a virtual context.

• A strong commitment to ethical and confidential therapeutic practices.

• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule accommodating clients across different time zones.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
