What You'll Do

As a  Remote Client Success Specialist , you'll help create a professional and positive client experience from the initial consultation through ongoing service.

  Customer Service & Client Support

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about available benefits

• Listen to client questions, concerns, and priorities

• Provide friendly, professional, and personalized support

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Follow up with clients regarding service needs and updates

• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

• Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and dependable service

Once appropriately licensed, you'll also:

• Conduct virtual benefit consultations

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Help clients understand coverage features and available choices

• Identify individual and family protection needs

• Provide needs-based benefit recommendations

• Assist clients through applications and enrollment

• Help with required documentation and beneficiary information

Applicants must:
